Entonces, uso para mis wraps en la semana. En el supermercado salen mucho más costosas si no. ✔ Lo bueno del wrap es que tiene poca masa y mucho relleno. Le podes poner las sobras del día anterior. ✔ El mío tiene: pollo, zanahoria, tomate, lechuga y guacamole.

            Chicken Tikka Masala. Chicken thighs were buy one get one free at my grocery store today so I wanted a quick meal to cook to take advantage of the sale. This one comes together super quick especially if you use jarred sauce @themealprepmanual⁣⁣⁣⁣

INGREDIENTS. Makes 5⁣⁣⁣
2lbs (908g) chicken thighs ⁣⁣⁣⁣
16oz (454g) frozen broccoli ⁣⁣⁣⁣
6oz (170g) frozen peas⁣⁣⁣⁣
8oz (227g) shredded carrots⁣⁣⁣⁣
1.25 cups (313g) tikka masala sauce (I bought store brand sauce in a jar. It’s just way easier)⁣⁣⁣⁣
2.5 cups (625g) cooked rice ⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 tbsp (15g) olive oil⁣⁣⁣⁣
Cilantro ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
PREPARATION ⁣⁣⁣⁣
1. Cook enough rice to have 2.5 cups worth. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
2. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a cast iron grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken. Cut into 1 inch pieces. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
3. In a skillet, heat 1/2 tbsp of oil over medium heat and add the peas and carrots. Cook for a few minutes. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
4. Add the chicken and sauce. Stir to incorporate. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
5. Cook the broccoli in the microwave. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
6. Divide your ingredients evenly between 5 containers. Put 1/2 cup of rice in each dish. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

1 puñado de espinaca cruda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 huevo⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cdita de polvo de hornear⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

👉PREPARACIÓN:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Colocar la harina, el polvo de hornear, la sal, el huevo y en agua en la licuadora. Licuar hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea. Separar la mezcla en tres.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Licuar un tercio de la mezcla con la zanahoria y otro tercio con la espinaca⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
En una sartén caliente rociada con aceite en aerosol, verter un poco de mezcla y esparcir bien. DAr vuelta cuando los bordes se despeguen y la superficie tenga burbujitas. Repetir con todas las mezclas y dejar enfriar los panqueques. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Colocar en la procesadora el apio, el queso untable descremado, el queso tipo Finlandia, el huevo duro, una cda de queso en hebras, sal y pimienta. Procesar hasta que quede una mezcla frumosa. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Colocar en un plato el panqueque, untar con la crema de apio y agregar lechuga. Colocar el siguiente panqueque, untar y agregar el fiambre. Colocar el tercer panqueque, untar y agregar queso en hebras. Repetir hasta formar la torre intercalando los colores de panqueque para que quede más lindo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

            Wachtelbohnen Eintopf (türk.:Barbunya) (Zubereitung im Schnellkochtopf)
Zutaten: 500 g Wachtelbohnen (Barbunya), 1 Zwiebel 🧅, 1 Knoblauchzehe 🧄, 2 EL Tomatenmark🍅, 1 1/2 EL Olivenöl, Salz 🧂 und Pfeffer

Zubereitung: 1. Wachtelbohnen über Nacht in 1 1/2 Liter kaltem Wasser einweichen. 2. Nach der Einweichzeit das Wasser abgießen und die Bohnen unter kaltem Wasser abspülen. 3. Bohnen mit reichlich Wasser, so dass die Bohnen zugedeckt sind, 10-15 Min. bei mittlerer Hitze köcheln lassen. 4. Die Flüssigkeit abgießen und wieder mit kaltem Wasser abspülen. 5. Öl im Schnellkochtopf erhitzen. Zwiebel 🧅 (geschält und gewürfelt) und zerdrückte Knoblauchzehe🧄 andünsten. 🍅 Tomatenmark und Wachtelbohnen dazu geben und gut verrühren. 6. Salz 🧂 und Pfeffer würzen. 7. Mit 1 1/2 Liter Wasser aufgießen und 25-30 Min. bei mittlerer Hitze kochen. Fertig!

Mit frisch gehackter Petersilie servieren.
