Small Part of the New Program Im Piecing Together— shout to @hawkeye_training for the deficit idea which I haven’t done in a while, and a nice precursor to the traditional variation. • I’ve scaled my training sessions back to four days per week for this new program. Two pulling focused days and two pushing focus days. The other two days I’m focused on recovery and soft tissue quality, and already I feel the difference and I’m not even out of the first week! • The goal to this new training split is to be able to emphasize higher intensity on the four training days. • I have 4 training zones I’m focused on throughout the week— Day 1: Hypertrophy (pull) Day 2: Power (push) Day 3: Strength (pull) Day 4: Speed (push) • These will go for three weeks, then shift every three weeks for 12 weeks total. Тренировка жиротоп Тренировка выполняется на беговой дорожке  10 мин проходка на максимальном наклоне беговой дорожки затем засекаем 5 минут и выполняем : 1. 30- 50 приседаний с зажимом ягодичных 2. Проходка с резинкой 30 шагов в каждую сторону 3. Присед - прыжок 4. Тяга с гирей + тяга к груди 5. Махи с резинкой каждой ногой по 30 раз Выполняем так чтоб вложиться в 5 минут ! Затем снова на дорожку 5 минут проходка (наклон 10 , скорость 5,5) снова засекаем 5 минут и выполняем упражнения ! Yes I know, I know it looks bad as I’m supposed to be bulking and ‘the worst thing you can do in a bulk is lose weight’ but it can be explained...I just haven’t eaten enough🤫⁣

Nah genuinely, I was away in Dublin last week and the week before, therefore I’m not too bothered by this weight decrease as it was completely expected due to my expenditure being ridiculously high being a general tourist and walking about 700 miles a day with training not occurring at all and food being limited as Guinness was prioritised🤷🏼‍♂️🍻⁣

Now we’re into December it’ll be an interesting one...I’d love to sit here and say we’ve got a solid block of training coming up with all this time off work but realistically it will probably be all over the place for a week or two with all the madness that Christmas brings. But it’s Christmas, mate, enjoy it🎄✌🏼⁣
