Hola! Les dejo unos consejos para hacer sus desayunos más saludables y comenzar bien el día 🤩. . Si tomas café: no le pongas sustituto de crema (son de muy mala calidad, aportan solo grasa y azúcar). Es mejor que le agregues un chorrito de leche light o de bebida vegetal sin azúcar añadida. ☕️ Y sin azúcar va?. . Agrega siempre una porción de verdura! La que quieras pero que esté presente en una buena cantidad 🥬. . Prefiere la fruta en vez de jugos. Para aprovechar su fibra, quedar satisfecha y no excederte en porciones. . Normalmente en los restaurantes aunque pidas jugo verde le ponen una base de jugo de naranja. Entonces pídelo con agua o mejor cómete la fruta entera. . Rev up ordinary baked sweet potatoes by @feelgoodfoodie .Hasselback sweet potatoes that are easy to whip up and totally unique 🍠 - 🍠 Each slice is brushed with an organic grass fed Butter or coconut oil spread. - A great combo of feel good healthy fats. The butter creates irresistibly soft potato slices with crispy golden edges. 🙌💛 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📝 INGREDIENTS * 4 medium sweet potatoes * 2 tablespoons grass fed butter butter * 1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme or rosemary leaves * 1/3 cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt * ½ avocado, diced * 1 scallion, white and green parts chopped * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper - INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Make a series of 1/8-inch slices along each potato, stopping ½ inch from the bottom. It helps to position the sweet potatoes on chopsticks to avoid slicing all the way down. 3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the butter spread on the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven until the center of the potatoes start to soften, about 30 minutes. 4. Remove the potatoes from the oven, rub the remaining butter all over, making sure to get in between the slices, sprinkle the thyme on top, and run a fork gently across the tops of the potatoes, to fan the slices and separate them from one another. Return to the oven and continue baking until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, about 20-30 minutes 5. Meanwhile, stir the yogurt, avocado and scallions with a pinch salt and a pinch pepper. Hallo ihr Lieben 😊 Ich habe mich mal an einem veganen Haselnusszopf versucht und ich finde ihn schon ganz gelungen für den ersten Versuch... Er ist schön fluffig geworden und die Füllung war auch sehr gut! Habt ihr schon mal einen Zopf gemacht? Gar nicht so einfach aus so viel Teig etwas schönes zu formen oder?! Ihr könnt auch sehr gut die Hälfte nehmen und die Backzeit dementsprechend verkürzen! Habt noch einen schönen Abend! Für einen Zopf benötigt ihr: Für den Teig; 420g Mehl 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe 1/2 TL Salz 100g Apfel/Bananenmark 200g Hafermilch Für die Füllung: 200g Haselnüsse 75g Datteln 1 TL Kakaopulver 150g Hafermilch Gebt alle Zutaten für den Teig zusammen in eine Rührschüssel und verknetet die Zutaten mit einem Rührgerät (Knethaken) zu einem glatten Teig. Lasst den Teig eine Stunde an einem warmen Ort zugedeckt gehen. Gebt alle Zutaten für die Füllung zusammen in einen Mixer und zerkleinert die Zutaten so lange bis keine Stückchen mehr zu sehen sind. Legt ein Backpapier auf eure Arbeitsfläche, verteilt etwas Mehl auf dem Backpapier (falls der Teig sehr klebt auch gerne etwas mehr), legt den Teig auf das bemehlte Backpapier, verteilt auch noch etwas Mehl auf dem Teig und rollt den Teig auf dem Backpapier aus. Rollt den Teig von der langen Seite aus auf, halbiert ihn längs mit einem guten Messer und wickelt die beiden Stränge umeinander. Achtet dabei darauf, dass der aufgeschnittene Teil jeweils nach oben guckt. ✏️ Meal Prep Recipe 🍲 Chicken Burrito bowls = 350 calories 🍲 CHICKEN BURRITO BOWLS Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 3 bell peppers, any color, sliced 1 large red onion, sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon taco seasoning Salt and pepper 1 jar salsa 3 cups cooked brown rice, divided 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 lime, sliced into wedges Fresh cilantro to garnish PREPARATION Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the chicken, peppers, and onions onto the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Salt and pepper the peppers and onions, tossing to coat. Top each chicken breast with a generous pour of salsa. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Rest chicken for 10 minutes, before slicing into strips. Add a base of brown rice to 4 food storage containers. Top each with a scoop of black beans, corn, additional salsa, cheddar cheese, cooked peppers and onions, and sliced chicken. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge. Store in the refrigerator (and enjoy any extras immediately). Can be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days. Enjoy! ASMR EATING SOUNDS. VEGAN Spring Rolls. We love making Spring Rolls with different veggies and proteins. These ones are 100% meatless. I did some with grilled tofu (NOT eggs), vermicelli rice noodles, cucumbers, lettuce and with herbs like mint, cilantro, basil and Asian chives. The other colored ones have bell peppers in it. (It’s NOT fish! LOL). The wrapper I used is made from tapioca and water. Some can be made with rice as well. What do you guys like to put in yours? Some of my favorite ones are with tofu or shrimp! ✏️ Meal Prep Recipe 🍲 Chicken Burrito bowls = 350 calories 🍲 CHICKEN BURRITO BOWLS Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 3 bell peppers, any color, sliced 1 large red onion, sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon taco seasoning Salt and pepper 1 jar salsa 3 cups cooked brown rice, divided 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 lime, sliced into wedges Fresh cilantro to garnish PREPARATION Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the chicken, peppers, and onions onto the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Salt and pepper the peppers and onions, tossing to coat. Top each chicken breast with a generous pour of salsa. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Rest chicken for 10 minutes, before slicing into strips. Add a base of brown rice to 4 food storage containers. Top each with a scoop of black beans, corn, additional salsa, cheddar cheese, cooked peppers and onions, and sliced chicken. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime wedge. Store in the refrigerator (and enjoy any extras immediately). Can be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days. Enjoy! It’s all about trial and error! ⠀ Set that alarm 10 minutes earlier so you can jump out of bed and make breakfast at home. ⏰. ⠀ If you can’t wake up earlier try preparing overnight oats or simply grabbing toast on the go in the morning. 👩🍳. ⠀ I know how hard a fresh start can be, so let me help you with one of my favorite smoothies I make: ⠀ Creamy Berry Smoothie ⠀ Prep time: 10 minutes ⠀ Yields: 2 servings ⠀ Ingredients 1 avocado 1 cup blueberries 1 cup blackberries 2 tbsps chia seeds Juice of 2 limes 1 cup almond milk 5 ice cubes ⠀ Directions Wash and pat all produce dry. De-pit and score avocado and transfer to blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. ⠀ Really in a rush? 5 ingredient paleo, gluten-free pancakes! 🥞 by @meowmeix ⁣⠀ I love upgrading a classic food like pancakes with healthier and simpler ingredients! Coconut flour, used in this recipe, is a great alternative to white or wheat flour because it’s high in fiber, protein and healthy fats. Coconut flour is also low in sugar and digestible carbs, and has a low glycemic index. All around wins! ⁣⠀ This post was very much inspired by my friend’s @livevitae recent pancake post. Full ingredients and instructions below: ⁣⠀ What you need:⠀ (Makes 4 pancakes)⠀ 1 ripe banana⠀ 4 large eggs⠀ 1/8-1/4 cup water⠀ 1/3 cup coconut flour⠀ 1/2 tsp baking soda⠀ *stevia if you like it sweeter* ⁣⠀ What to do:⠀ 1 - Mash the banana with a fork⠀ 2 - Whisk eggs and combine in a bowl with banana, coconut flour, baking soda and the optional stevia⠀ 3 - Mix well then add an 1/8 cup to 1/4 cup water depending on desired consistency⠀ 4 - Heat a pan with some oil or non toxic spray oil⠀ 5 - Using a 1/4 cup, scoop pancake batter into the pan and shape into a circle. Cook for about 2 minutes each side on medium heat.
