            It has been a crazy week!! I can’t believe I had a baby 8 days ago! I feel AMAZING. I enjoyed being pregnant but I love having my body back and being able to move around again. I’ve been eating pretty well since Mareks delivery and living off oatmeal in the morning. Although oats are a myth to a better milk supply, my milk supply has been phenomenal and it’s been special to be the primary source of food for my son. Happy Saturday everyone ❤️

La SEMPLICITÀ ogni tanto è la scelta migliore. 🤗 Ogni tanto mi dite che non fate i pancake perché non avete le farine aromatizzate. Beh, non per forza bisogna usare quelle farine. Si possono tranquillamente usare le farine classiche (manitoba, di riso, di farro, d’avena, di segale, integrale...) e aggiungere all’impasto cannella, cacao amaro, banana schiacciata o altri frutti! Questo TORTINO l’ho fatto al microonde e tra preparazione dell’impasto, cottura e topping mi avrà “rubato” 8/10 mjnuti 🕰 (quindi non mi dite che non avete tempo di preparare la colazione perché non ci. credo che voi non abbiate 10 minuti 😤). Come ho fatto a farlo? Semplicissimo: 1️⃣Ho preso una ciotola da microonde in cui ci ho aggiunto 120g di albume d’uovo 🥚 che ho precedentemente oleato con lo scottex. All of this creates a healthier, less hungry environment, which makes sticking to the diet more possible. 🥕 ⠀

Trying to eat 1600kcal of processed foods will likely result in far less filling, less voluminous food and poor micro density. Feeling sluggish and very hungry is not a great way to go about losing weight and will almost certainly lead to overconsumption or going off track. 🍪 ⠀

            Low Cal Double Chocolate Gluten Free Muffins. I made these last night because I had a banana sitting on the counter that was about to go bad and needed something to use it for! They turned out incredibly Moist and taste Awesome!☺️🍪❤️

😍 Low calorie choc heaven: 124 KCAL each
⠀
⠀
INGREDIENTS
Makes 10
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup coconut flour 
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
1 medium banana
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp baking soda 
2 tsp stevia
3 tbsp mini choc chips

PREPARATION 
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together. 
3. In a food processor | by hand mix the dry ingredients (except choc chips) with the wet ingredients until incorporate. 
4. Stir in 2 tbsp of the choc chips. 
5. Spray muffin tin with oil and fill wells 3/4 of the way. I used muffin liners but the muffins stuck to them. I would just put them right in the muffin tin, make sure you use cooking spray. Top with remaining choc chips. 
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!🍪❤️

❓Can I substitute the flours?
❗️The oat flour, yes. The coconut flour is more effort to swap
❓I don’t like bananas, what can I swap the banana for?
❗️I would try swapping it for butter or egg.
