Molly Burke

Final moments of peace before the hectic @vidcon begins! Bring it on! 😅🥰😎 . . . #Accessibility [Photo Description: [ Molly is seen sitting on and chair in a cute bikini with her purple ponytail flying up in the air! She looks excited but remembers to take a moment in photo 2 to sit quietly before going to Vidcon for another crazy, exciting 4 days!! Gallop is hiding out and laying very low at the mention of Vidcon. As much as he loves it he knows he needs to be well rested to play his role as protector to Molly:)] #vidcon2019 #vidcon #featuredcreator #letsdothis #breathe #relax #letsgo

The practice of meditation helps us bring our attention to the present moment.
It brings us in contact with our direct experience.
It helps us bring awareness to our thoughts and how they are influencing us.
And it helps us discover our true nature as the awareness beyond the thoughts.
It is a technique that has been practiced for thousands of years, and it remains an effective way to discover deeper truths about life and about ourselves, as well as helping us to find peace within ourselves rather than depending on external circumstances for our happiness.
Meditation can be viewed as medicine for the mind, intended to heal years (perhaps even lifetimes) of cultural conditioning and programming.
Just like any medicine, it needs to be taken daily to provide the best results.
Try simply sitting and observing your breath, and coming back to this simple observation whenever you get distracted by thoughts.
If you do this daily, even for a few minutes, it will work miracles on your life, your mental health, and your emotional well-being.

“Mindfulness practice means that we commit fully in each moment to be present; inviting ourselves to interface with this moment in full awareness, with the intention to embody as best we can an orientation of calmness, mindfulness, and equanimity right here and right now.”
– Jon Kabat-Zinn

Yoga For The Non Flexible

It’s never too late to start yoga! Yoga is the secret to youth - 52 years young shown in this video 🤯 The sooner you start the younger you stay but NOW it the best time to start! For the best place to start, check out our ebooks (link in bio) 🙏🏻❤️ Make sure you share this with someone to inspire them! Thanks for Thanks for sharing @lottasebzdayoga #inflexibleyogis ・・・ Coming into L-sit from handstand is one of my favourite transitions. Can’t get enough of it😜 I’m always talking about “squeezing belly “ here. Yep, it’s the truth. It’s also very good if you can engage your legs and press your thigh towards your chest going down from handstand into L-sit. First point toes, then flex the feet just before you are coming through your hands. Try it!! The only thing that can happen during going down is that you get stuck with your feet between the hands, nothing else 🤪 TAP SOUND ON!!!! . . . . . . #yoga #yogi #Practice #mysore #SelfPractice #ashtangayoga #yogaeverydamnday #liforme #mypractice #yogajourney #abs #flexibility #breathe #handstand #igyoga #yogadaily #meditation #practiceandalliscoming #onebreathatatime #ashtanga #yogagrandma #liforme #love #namaste #igcommunity #ad #lottasebzdayoga
